Sacrifice for the Wishing Well

I have no tiiiiiiiiiiime!!!!

(Controls are explained in the game!)

Apparently my grass-shader doesn't work in the browser so I added an executable.

I also have fixed this tremendous loading time on respawn, so the game should now be  at least playable.
